Redemption Instructions

1. In-Store Redemption Instructions: To redeem in stores, present gift card to cashier in any LOFT store at time of purchase.

2. Online Redemption Instructions: To redeem online, enter the gift card number and PIN number at the checkout payment step.

3. In-Store Mobile Redemption Instructions

Recipient: To redeem your e-gift card from a mobile device display the gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) to the cashier at the time of purchase.

Cashier: Hand key the gift card number and associated PIN (if applicable) into the POS on the Manual Entry Tender screen.

Note: Time interval to download the voucher is 1 year after that link expires. Once it is downloaded, gift cards do not expire.
